Science and practice has taught us that "doing" drives better outcomes than ‘counselling and learning’ alone. That's why we help organisations nurture a practical well-being culture. Our goal is for each staff member to engage in 5 minutes of daily well-being action or facilitated self-care, such as specific movement, mindfulness and breathwork – a transformative practice we call "Five to Thrive".
