Control measure suggestions
Trainings on each work factor include 2 x 3-4 minute videos. In video 1 we help participants understand the factor and it’s importance. In video 2, we provide control measure suggestions for reducing the risk the factor is currently causing.

Respect at work
Included in our digital trainings are those discussing workplace violence and aggression, discrimination, bullying, and harassment. These can be deployed based on your risk assessment or made mandatory as part of organisation ‘Respect at Work’ training.
Employee trainings
Unique to the industry, we offer confidential employee digital trainings based on individual risk reports. These trainings help employees understand psychosocial work factors, provide suggestions for coping with less than ideal work circumstances, advice on effectively communicating to improve circumstances where possible, and guide reporting options regarding inappropriate behaviours where required.
