Typical workplace EAPs/well-being platforms place well-being responsibility on the individual requiring self-motivated employee action outside of work hours. This approach fails to recognise the work environment as the biggest influence on staff well-being.
Instead, our ‘Today Page’ uniquely integrates a minimum 5 minutes of evidence informed Proactive Vitality Management (PVM) into the work day, positively influencing not only employees, but also work design, leader management, and the psychosocial safety climate.
Health outcomes
On our ‘Health Outcomes’ page if workers have completed our ‘Health Outcomes Check-in’ they can track 8 ISO 45003 aligned psychosocial health outcomes on our State of Health Outcome Scale from Suffering to Thriving: Sleep, Musculoskeletal Health, Fatigue, Burnout, Flourishing, Depression, Anxiety, Stress.
Thrive library
Our ‘Thrive Library’ is designed to help participants target personal well-being goals and access early intervention support via a range of brief, evidence-informed exercise options. For example, reducing pain, stressing less, reducing anxiety, or navigating work challenges. Also, for each Thrive category, we offer several exercise styles like movement, breathwork, mindfulness, and brain hacks, to suit individual preferences.
Upskill page
Our Upskill page hosts all data-led, personalised work environment, early intervention mental health, respect at work, and well-being leader/manager and employee trainings. Further, organisation, department and team level psychosocial health Challenges are also hosted here.
Ultradian system
Developed based on the science of Ultradian rhythms which include peaks of productivity and mental clarity typically lasting 90-120 minutes, followed by periods of decreased productivity throughout the day…this system gives participants the option to schedule brief work breaks during the work day.
